Welcome to Rolling Hills

Few towns in the U.S.can compare to the prestigious city of Rolling Hills. A private, guard-gated community located atop the scenic hills of the Palos Verdes Peninsula, Rolling Hills includes everything from ranch style homes, to spectacular gated estates providing the ultimate in privacy to its residents. Many of the homes here include dramatic views across Los Angeles, or Catalina Island and the Pacific Ocean.

Incorporated in 1957, Rolling Hills maintains a ranch style/equestrian environment with an enduring respect for native wildlife and natural surroundings. No traffic lights, multi-acre lots and ample space between homes are just a few of its attributes. Homes are typically, one-story ranch houses, and are required to have white exterior paint. Each homesite is required to maintain horse property on its lot, or at minimum dedicate land where stalls can be built.

Work With Angelique

I work hard to create authentic, collaborative relationships with my clients. A real estate transaction is one of the most important decisions a person will make and I take the time to get to know my clients and gain an understanding of their unique situation and goals.
